Habit Armor Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 2, 2026

1. Introduction

Codoha Ltd. ("Codoha," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Habit Armor mobile application (the "App"). Codoha Ltd. is a limited company registered in Taiwan (R.O.C.). Its address is Rm. 5, 4 F., No. 8, Guomin 8th St., Hualien City, Hualien County 970015, Taiwan (R.O.C.). This policy explains how the App handles information.

2. Summary

The App collects no personal data and shares none. It runs entirely on your device. It has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs, and it does not request internet access. Codoha never receives your data.

3. Data We Collect

None. The App does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. It does not request the Android internet permission, so it has no way to send data off your device.

4. Data Stored on Your Device

Everything you create in the App is stored only in the App’s private storage on your device:

  • Your rules, reasons and their schedules.
  • Your settings, such as reminder frequency and quiet hours.

This data is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data in Android settings. Codoha never receives a copy, so we cannot access, restore or delete it for you.

5. App Permissions

The App requests only the permissions it needs to deliver reminders:

  • Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): to show your reminder cards.
  • Alarms and reminders (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): to deliver pinned reminders at the minute you chose. This permission is optional. Without it, reminders may arrive a few minutes late.
  • Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): to restore your reminder schedule after the device restarts.

6. Device Backups

Android may include the App’s data in your device backup, for example to your own Google account, or copy it during a device-to-device transfer. Android manages these backups. You control them in your device settings. Codoha has no access to them.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 16. The App collects no personal data from anyone, so it collects none from children.

8. Your Privacy Rights (EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland)

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, data protection laws such as the GDPR give you rights over your personal data. These include the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. The App processes your data only on your own device and never transmits it to Codoha or to anyone else. Codoha therefore does not collect, store or otherwise process your personal data, and no international data transfers take place. You exercise these rights directly on your device. You can view and edit your data in the App. You can erase it by deleting individual cards, by clearing the App’s data in Android settings or by uninstalling the App. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date. We will point out material changes in the App’s store listing or release notes.
