This policy covers the Codoha Ltd. website (the "Website"). It does not cover our products. Our Google Workspace™ add-ons and our Android apps are listed on the Website, but each is provided on its own site or store under its own terms and privacy policy.

The products listed on the Website are provided on their own sites. Each has its own privacy policy and terms, and those documents govern your use of that product:

The Website collects two kinds of information:

  • Contact Data: the information you send us when you contact us, such as your name and email address.
  • Technical Data: ordinary server logs of each request, kept by our host, Cloudflare. A log entry records the IP address, browser type, and time of access.

We use your personal data for these purposes only:

  • To answer your inquiries and send you the information you ask for.
  • To run, maintain, and improve the Website, including keeping it secure and fixing faults.
  • To meet a legal obligation.

5. Cookies and Third Parties

The Website sets no cookies and runs no analytics script. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. Some third parties do receive requests when you visit. The Website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare receives every request and keeps the server logs described in section 3. Every page loads its fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address and browser details for those requests. Three product pages show video. The Himari page shows a still image served from this Website and loads a YouTube™ player only when you press play, after which Google’s own policies apply. The TingWo page plays a short video file from tingwo.app as soon as it loads, and the Text To Table Converter page does the same with video files from texttotableconverter.com. Both of those sites belong to Codoha Ltd., and each receives the request for its file.

We use appropriate safeguards to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, or unauthorized access to your personal data.

Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you rights over your personal data, including the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
